The app, available for iOS and Android devices can let you control your fridge from anywhere in the world, and offers a ton of customization options. It will also send notifications when the door is left unlocked, when the fridge or freezer requires defrosting, and when the filter has to be changed.
It would be nice if GE PYE22PYNFS had Precise Fill which is an option that is available in other GE refrigerators that allows you to set the number of cups of water you'd like to dispense at once. It also has a countdown feature on the fridge display to show how much water you have left, but it's not as helpful as Precise Fill.

The fridge features an ordinary French door layout, with two rows of spill-capture shelving and a set crisper drawers. The top shelf to the right can be folded to provide more space for tall items. There's also a full-width storage drawer for products from the deli and an inside water dispenser.
This refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker, making it simple to transfer ice when needed. This Frigidaire French door refrigerator is a great choice for those looking for a French-door fridge that won't break the budget. It's a simple fridge that may not be as attractive like some of its competitors however, it does have enough features to make it a suitable choice. Its most notable feature is the adjustable temperature drawer helps to keep food items such as meat and vegetables fresher for longer. It also comes with a huge water dispenser and a decent ice machine that works fast.
Another great feature is the "Chill Drawer" that sits above the two crisper bins. The drawer allows you to divert some of the refrigerator's cooling power directly to this area, which means you can store foods that require special attention. You can alter this feature using a slider that's located right in the middle of the drawer. You can also adjust the general cooling settings for the entire fridge. I've found that the generic settings work better than the specific ones.
During my tests, I discovered that the temperatures in the refrigerator were fairly consistent in various parts of the fridge. Temperatures at the top and bottom of the fridge did not vary much from 38 degrees, and the middle of the fridge was within a degree of 36. That's a good performance however it doesn't be among the top in our rankings.
